A murder scheme involves posting an add for an expensive property rental under a pseudonym so in a single day, multiple victims can be lured to the location. The killer targets collage age renters that tend to have lots of money so identities can be stolen for a nice payday after kills.

Today, the deadly landlady had 3 girls for separate interviews. She has a process. She gloats over them, tells them they are perfect for the place, but she insinuates she wants to get some sexy action for the deal to close. And each girls falls right into the trap.

First it is Jade. After some sexy time, when she is distracted, the landlady sneaks behind her and garrotes her to death. Then, in the heat of her lust, makes out and fucks the corpse until she is satisfied.

Next, Ashley shows up. She is very sexy, and they get very sexy together. But to Ashley's surprise a garrote is wrapped around her neck and she is fighting for her life. But, like all her other past victims, she is no match for her strength and succumbs.
